Kina’ole means flawlessness. Doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, to the right person, for the right reason, with the right feeling for the first time is what we strive for. Established in the year 2018, Kina’ole Case Management aims to provide our patients the appropriate care and services from the very first time we meet them to help them and their families transition and continue to thrive, wherever they are.

We work with community foster home caregivers all over the island who will be able to provide living accommodations and other related services to patients who require a foster home level of care.
